Chaumuzy (Champagne)
Located in Chaumuzy, between Reims and Epernay, in the heart of the Ardre valley, we carry out all stages of the work in the vineyard. We cultivate the three AOC Champagne grape varieties: Meunier, Pinot noir and Chardonnay, on plots located in Chaumuzy, Chambrecy and Château-Thierry.
Our vineyard is cultivated in a reasoned manner and the plots are grassed to limit erosion phenomena as well as weedkillers. After the harvest where we hand select the best grapes, we carry out the vinification on our farm.
