A beautiful bright red robe characterizes this wine. The nose is fruity with aromas of red berries (morello cherries). The palate is supple and round. The final finish in the mouth shows nice tannins, with good length.

To taste with envy but in moderation on simple and well-made dishes such as fine charcuterie or ripened cheese.

It is a deep copper red wine with lots of clarity. Its very fresh nose, scented with red fruits, accompanies a fruity palate that lets express minerality as well as a multitude of slightly spicy fruits. A fine and abundant column of bubbles bursts on the surface while creating a nice bubbling.

We have revisited the ancestral recipe of ratafia: first by replacing the low press juices with the Cuvée, or the best juice that we reserve for the vintages of our best years. Then by replacing the alcohol with a local brandy; distillation of Champagne wines.
