Blend: 85% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 50% reserve wine. Dosage: 10g / l sugar

Trélou-sur-Marne (Champagne)
Our family farm is located in Trélou sur Marne, on the right bank of the Marne Valley where Pinot Meunier is king. We are proud to be harvesters-manipulators, that is to say that we produce our champagne from the vine to the bottle.
I started the vinification of our grapes in 2012 and selected the best plots, cultivated in sustainable viticulture to produce this champagne.
