Champagne Léguillette Romelot Notes Noires AOC Champagne

Champagne Léguillette RomelotNotes Noires AOC Champagne

40,50€One bottle
of 75cl
Pinot Meunier (70%) - Pinot Noir (30%)

The dress is bright, golden in color with bright reflections. The first nose is pastry, evoking mocha, caramel and tarte tatin. With aeration, smells of orange blossom, linden, licorice and gingerbread. On the palate the creamy and melting effervescence gives the Champagne notes of roasted pineapple and fleshy fruit. It is a vintage of character, whose spicy relief allows a bold harmonic research.

Champagne Léguillette Romelot

Champagne Léguillette Romelot

Charly-sur-Marne (Champagne)

The production of champagne under the name Léguillette-Romelot began in 1968 when the Léguillette and Romelot put their vines in common.

Today, the Maison de Champagne Léguillette-Romelot operates 8 hectares of vines in the municipalities of Charly-sur-Marne, Crouttes-sur-Marne, Villiers-Saint-Denis and Gland.

Since 2015, the Maison Léguillette-Romelot has claimed the appellation "Clos du Mont Dorin". Beyond the three traditional grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay) from Champagne, she has chosen to bring back three old grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbanne and tries to get the best out of these grapes to bring champagne an aromatic originality.
