Chateau la Levrette

Chateau la Levrette

Saint-Seurin-de-Cursac (Blayais-Bourgeais)

Château La Levrette is a wine estate located in the Blaye Côtes-de-Bordeaux region, on the right bank of the Gironde estuary. It was founded in 2006 by Laetitia and Arthur Mauriac, a brother and sister with a passion for wine. Coming from a family of Bordeaux wine merchants (Mahler-Besse and Château Palmer), they wanted to create a wine together that reflected their values and personalities. The name "La Levrette" symbolizes elegance and finesse, qualities found in their wines.

The vineyard covers several hectares planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc. From the very first vintages, the wines attracted attention for their quality and originality.

After Arthur's death in 2011, Laetitia continued the project on her own.

She has committed the estate to organic viticulture. Today, Château La Levrette is renowned for its expressive and distinctive wines.
