AOC BORDEAUX SUPERIEUR RED

50% MERLOT 50% MALBEC

Utopia was born for the first time in 2014, from the earthly union of clay, limestone and vines, in an environment conducive to creation and imagination. Made from 50% of the Merlot grape and 50% of the Malbec grape, Utopia is the great Cuvée of Château Saincrit produced in 2,400 bottles.

Tasting:

Intense garnet hue, nose of ripe fruits, a hint of violet, complex and balanced palate, aromas of blackcurrant and redcurrant, silky tannins, dark chocolate finish

AOC BORDEAUX SUPERIEUR RED

100% MERLOT

Fougue was born in 2010, taking over from the Cuvée Vieilles Vignes, bringing with its youth a controlled and enveloping power thanks to its aging in wood; Made from 100% Merlot grape, Fougue is the flagship Cuvée of Château SAINCRIT, the one that unites.

Tasting:

Deep garnet hue, nose on notes of toast, spicy nuance, balanced and structured palate, aromas of black fruits underlined by a slightly smoky finish.

AOC BORDEAUX SUPERIEUR RED

100% MERLOT

SAINCRIT bears the name of the eponymous Château, because it is with this cuvée that my life as a winegrower began. Made from 100% Merlot grape, this classic cuvée brings you the pleasure of fruit with ease.

Tasting:

Wine with a ruby red color, nose with nuances of toast and liquorice, round attack on aromas of red fruits, elegant and persistent tannins underlined by a touch of mocha on the finish.

AOC BORDEAUX PINK

100% pressed rosé MERLOT

NOCTAMBULE is the rosé of the range, it bears the name of these evenings that stretch between dog and wolf. Depending on the vintage, it is more or less colorful, depending on whether it comes from pressing or bleeding, but always with character.

Tasting:

Very pale pink hue with apricot reflections, delicate nose of white flowers, straight and mineral mouth with aromas of fresh strawberry and white peach, tangy finish.

AOC BORDEAUX SOFT

100% GRAY SAUVIGNON

Some berries, rare and delicate, are foraged more than they are harvested ... BUTINAGE was born in 2016 from the harvest of the first plantation of white vines in the château.

Tasting:

Very pale golden hue, nose reminiscent of nougat, fresh and balanced palate with aromas of honey, candied lemon and quince paste.
