Clos Centeilles We ship our wines direct from our property in Siran, Languedoc.

A real Clos, 12 hectares surrounding the family estate, 23 grape varieties planted, 13 vintages, a craft production and handicrafts!

Native varietals but unjustly forgotten, pampered with passion by Patricia Boyer-Domergue and her daughter Cécile.

The Clos Centeilles is alone a heritage conservatory (history, genetics, taste) and a creator of the flavors of tomorrow!

In December, long after having finished harvesting (almost) everything, there are still a few rows of Grenache Gris with bunched clusters. Sugars and acids are concentrated in very small berries.

After a long process of pre-selection of the most qualitative grapes, we finally start the vinification of this unique vintage in mid-December. When its long fermentation ends, four to six years later, a few hundred bottles of Erme leave our winery.

Characterized by its unusual freshness, its floral aromas and a tasty complexity, this cuvée often surprises palates reluctant to sweet wines!

This nectar proves that dry wines are not the only ones that can be delicious and refined.
