Son, Grandson, Great-grandson, ... of winegrowers, from an early age, Laurent FREUCHET drags behind the legs of his ancestors in the middle of the vineyards and the cellar. When he was little he became passionate about growing vines and wine, and his great-grandfather was one of the creators of the MUSCADET appellation.
Laurent decided to set up on his own in 1996, and he joined the Domaine de la Tourette.
It adheres to independent winegrowers:
- we cultivate our own vines while respecting our terroir
- we make our own wines in our cellars
Over the years, the range of wines has grown with around fifteen references to date, diversity being essential.
For several years, to fight against grape worms, we have been using a bio-control method. Since 2019, we have been using it 100% of the surface in our vines.
We no longer apply any insecticides to our vines.
