Wintzenheim (Alsace)
It was in 1980 that Xavier SCHOEPFER moved in and, too cramped on the family farm, decided to build a farm exit.
The plot is spread over 7 municipalities, including a grand cru, the Hatschbourg in Hattstatt. Today, the estate cultivates 11 ha, compared to 2 ha at the start. The harvest is 80% by hand.
Our wines are the perfect reflection of the variety of wine production in Alsace, to drink according to your desires, traditionally or with a little audacity, for your pleasure and that of your guests.
