Mousstang: Pale Ale (American Blond Beer)

The nose is powerful with notes of mango and exotic fruits.

The palate is full with a fresh and herbaceous bitterness. The finish is very long on this refreshing bitterness and hints of pink grapefruit.

Composition: It's a secret! An assembly of hops is used in dry hopping during the fermentation, just for the aromas.

Redkerry Bourbon: Rousse (Amber beer) aged in Bourbon casks

A beer full of roundness to find some comfort.

The nose is on notes of bourbon, oak, vanilla, caramel, biscuits and red berries.

The palate is silky and the mousse creamy. A beer that has body and power.

Composition: Blend of roasted and roasted malts. Ancestral hops varieties.

Aged for 2 months in a selected Bourbon cask. Three fermentations.

Woussa: India Pale Ale

The nose is powerful with notes of berries, black fruits and spices.
