Nose of candied fruit (prune, blackcurrant) and a very fruity, round and tannic mouth which remains supple and does not finish, supported by a vanilla flavor.
Chapelle Hauteroque presents a deep robe from which very pure aromas of black fruits escape with a touch of vanilla on the finish. The silky tannin proves to be attractive and constitutes the identity of this cuvée.
Superb, rich and full mouth. It offers for tasting a nice density of fruit as well as a lot of roundness. The wine lines the whole palate and its vanilla finish is of the best effect.
After a few years of aging, Chapelle Hauteroque will evolve towards aromas of undergrowth and sweet spices which will be in perfect harmony with the aromatic context of the dish.
