From a low-yield plot selection, this blend of our best Merlot (85%) and Cabernet Franc (15%) is vinified manually in barrels.

The aging of 24 months brings greediness, roundness while exalting the aromatics of the wines.

It will go perfectly with fresh pasta with truffles or a Rossini tournedos and seasonal vegetables.

The praises have flourished, numerous, under the pen of the tasters: "beautiful sincere bottle, which cannot disappoint, fine, expressive tannins, elegant oak..." Perfect blend of Merlot (85%) and Cabernet Franc, this ample wine , round and fruity meets the expectations of gourmets.

- 100% Cabernet Franc

- Pressed rosé. The bunches are selected and brought to an ideal maturity. Then they are pressed directly after harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

- Suitable as an aperitif and salads as well as on grilled meats.

- Skin maceration of half of the cuvée. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The cuvée is then worked on the lees, part in barrels and the other in vats, for 5 months.
