The Triple V Selection "From the Vine, to the Wine, to the Glass" reflects 3 stages, from development to wine tasting. Passionate winegrower, Florence Galande has meticulously selected each plot of the Triple V range, in order to reveal the richness of our region. Discover this range of warm and friendly wines, where the grape varieties and the Bordeaux region express their fresh and authentic aromas with finesse.

- Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

- Skin maceration of half of the cuvée. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The cuvée is then worked on the lees, part in barrels and the other in vats, for 5 months.

Château Coucy

Château Coucy

Montagne (Saint-Émilion)

With a rich history, Château Coucy is located in the extension of Saint-Emilion at the gates of classified grands crus. The wines are vinified and aged in barrels in the purest Bordeaux tradition, offering balance, concentration and aging potential.

Since it was taken over by Florence Galande in 2017, the vinification and aging cellars have been completely refurbished to allow vinification at the height of the terroir, certified H.V.E. (High Environmental Value), from which Château Coucy benefits.
