The proximity of the Layon leads to the formation of morning mists favoring the development of botrytis or "noble rot". This element is essential in the development of Bonnezeaux. Here, the harvest is done by hand for better sorting and selection of berries.
All Bonnezeaux are different. All years have different scents and tastes, but all are a perfect balance between concentration and freshness. .
2013: A fresh and silky attack, slightly toasted.
2011: Flavors of honey and gingerbread.
2010: Nice balance sugar / acidity, aromatic complexity, quince flavor.

Château de Fesles
Thouarcé (Anjou-Saumur)
An emblematic property of Anjou, the Château de Fesles and its wine estate were built in the 11th century at the top of the 4th highest point in the Loire Valley.
Its exceptional geographical position as well as its proximity to the Layon river allow it to produce wines with a distinguished and complex character.
The property has been in organic farming since 2022.
