Vinification
The grapes are picked and sorted mechanically, then delicately crushed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control between 25 ° C and 28 ° C with daily pumping over. Maceration continues for 15 days for optimal color extraction.
Tasting advice
Serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Excellent with simple dishes, meats and chocolate desserts.
