This dry Bergerac knows a passage in barrel, it derives its name "the Part of the Angels". Since 2002, we have been developing this cuvee in parallel with our traditional cuvée. The 70% Sauvignon brings liveliness and peps, the 30% of Sémillon expand the aromatic panel in which we find boxwood and mango.
