Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels

A warm vintage with a subtle nose, all in nuances, on the

stone fruit, blackberry, licorice and spices. Palace in

in unison, generous, with a grain of very soft tannins,

peppery and roasted notes.

Blend: Grenache N, Syrah, Mourvedre

Wine with a floral bouquet (Rose and Peony), transcript

peppery. Red berries and bay leaves broaden the

aromatic range on the palate, where we discover a wine

complex, warm and persistent with silky tannins.

Volcanic Wine.

This cuvée comes exclusively from plots influenced by the Malubert volcano.

It is characterized by its freshness and the finesse of its tannins!

Blend: Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache N, Syrah, Mourvèdre

Beautiful ruby red color, powerful nose on red fruits

(blackberries, blackcurrants, ...), sweet spices with smoky notes.

Fruity mouth, ample with melted tannins. Nice finish

fruity and sweet.

A vintage with a beautiful pale pink robe, purple reflections on the nose

elegant on red berries. Round mouth,

on red fruits, accompanied by a slight acidity.

Long and harmonious finish.

A vintage with a beautiful pale yellow color with a nose of white flowers and vanilla. A full and generous mouth, with a well-blended breeding that matches the aromas of fruits and flowers.

Blend: Viognier, Vermentino, Grenache B, Marsanne

Aging: 5 months on fine lees with batonnage

A vintage with a beautiful pale yellow robe, powerful nose of

exotic fruits and white flowers. Ample, fruity mouth,

accompanied by beautiful finesse and elegance and emphasized

of an acid balance.

Blend: Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Vermentino or Rolle, Muscat petit grain, Clairette, Petit Manseing

A cuvée harvested in over-maturity with aromas of ripe fruit

accompanied by stewed notes. Sweetness and acidity

balance in a beautiful harmony within a mouth
