Domaine du Château Vieux

Domaine du Château Vieux

Triors (Rhône septentrional)

Since 1872, the Rousset family over 5 generations, from father to son winemakers, have perpetuated their passion for the family vineyard Domaine de Château Vieux in an approach respectful of the environment.

The tillage is carried out mechanically (tractor) or manually (pick). No chemical weedkiller or insecticide is used in our vines. Vinification is natural. The indigenous yeasts (from the grapes) will work and give the most natural wine possible. No baking powder is added to the winemaking. The doses of sulfites (preservative) are as low as possible.

An area on the slopes of the hills of Triors, sandy soil, allowing the vine to flourish in complete serenity.
