François the Epicurean, creator in the 1950s. Then Philippe, tireless and daring, modernized the farm and bet brilliantly / successfully on crémant.

Today, Sébastien is meticulously perfecting the work undertaken by the quest for continuous improvement. With his dynamic team, he integrates the necessary application of practices resolutely respectful of the environment.
