Organic Agriculture
Our wine estate is located on the last foothills of Canigou, on the beautiful terroir of Aspres. A family farm for several generations, it has been certified in organic farming since 2007.
The grenache, carignan, syrah, muscat and macabeu grape varieties as well as the terroir are the richness of our wines. Harvested by hand, sorted and vinified according to traditional methods, the harvests of each year express their power and their typicality.
The farm offers a wide range of red, white and rosé wines in IGP Côtes Catalanes, reds in AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages les Aspres, a natural sweet wine in AOP Muscat de Rivesaltes, as well as a 100% syrah grape juice or Muscat depending on the year.
