Albassienne 2022 is a dry white wine, a blend of Muscat gros grains and Macabeu.

Aged in stainless steel vats on lees. No added sulfites, filtration, or fining.

The muscat notes are clearly present, tempered by the fruity aromas of Macabeu, with an oxidative note.

Drink chilled as an aperitif, and pair well with cheese or dessert.

Albassienne 2023 is a dry white wine, a blend of Muscat gros grains, Muscat petit grains, and Macabeu.

Aged on lees in stainless steel vats. Just 1.5g/hl is added at bottling, with no filtration or fining. This is a taut wine, with beautiful muscat notes and a long finish. When chilled, this wine pairs well with aperitifs and fish.

Like many stories, the creation of the domain begins with a crush. After organic viticultural/oenological training, I discovered the village of Villeneuve les Corbières by chance, where I very quickly decided to settle down to create my estate. I find Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, Muscat and Macabeu vines for rent there as well as a cellar to renovate in the magnificent village of Albas a few kilometers away. Since then, I have been growing organically (certification in progress since 2023), without a tractor, these vines planted between 1947 and 1980. Treatments, pruning, disbudding, clearing, harvesting, everything is done by hand and on my back, despite the slopes of the hills! In the cellar, I work my wines gently, in a two-story cellar which allows me to draw by gravity. The macerations are carried out in plots and then assembled. Aging is carried out in stainless steel vats or barrels depending on the profile of the wines. I use very few oenological products, and when necessary I add a hint of sulphite, some of my vintages are made with grapes and that's it! My goal is to restore this rich and vibrant terroir as closely as possible, for expressive but very digestible and fresh wines, which I hope will delight you!
