The first white to have joined the family of Centeilles. A blend of Riveyrenc Blanc, Riveyrenc Gris and Araignan Blanc: three of our rarest grape varieties.

The parcel from which this wine is produced was planted in 1997. However, it was not until 2007 that the first harvest took place! We wanted to allow him to gain strength and full maturity before he went into production. With its texture both enrobant and aerial, it does not resemble any wine of the South.
