During a maceration of 8 weeks, this wine is worked only with old-fashioned pigeages. A gentle and prolonged extraction followed by a dozen rackings before being bottled. He then sleeps for 8 years before starting to sell.
Delicate tannins, a beautiful freshness and a captivating length in the mouth; this wine is for us a precious work of art.
