It's been years that we wanted to try the adventure and the climatic conditions of the 2016 vintage gave us this great opportunity. So today Clairette Rose, Clairette Blanche, Picpoul Gris and Riveyrenc Gris come together in a bottle to express the effervescence of freshness, a touch of fantasy and great originality.

La Pétillante is a genuine Minervois authenticity, hitherto nonexistent but already loaded with heritage as much taste as historical.
