Domaine Saint LandorSaint Landor Rouge AOC Saumur rouge
The vines producing Cabernet Franc are located on the Turonian slopes of the appellation, with clay-limestone soil and a temperate climate. This typicality thus allows the grape an optimal maturation.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripe and then sorted, to keep only the fruit. A low temperature fermentation (between 20 and 25 ° C) is carried out with a long vatting of 20 to 30 days depending on the vintage. The final blend allows the wine to sublimate its aromas. Bottling is done after aging for 10 to 12 months.
Tasting
The color is luminous with bursts of ruby. The nose reveals aromas of fresh red fruits. The palate is greedy and expressive, with a supple finish that retains a good length in the mouth.
Gastronomy
Optimal serving temperature: 16/18 ° C (room temperature). This 2016 will go easily with poultry, Loire fish and fresh cheese.
The Estate is in conversion to AB (Organic Farming)

Domaine Saint Landor
Les Trois-Moutiers (Anjou-Saumur)
Domaine Saint Landor is located in Trois Moutiers (in Vienne) in AOC Saumur.
In this family estate, the passion for wine is passed on from father to son. Thomas and Antoine Georget have now taken over from their father Jean-François.
After long years of preparation and tillage in sustainable agriculture, to follow through with its convictions, but above all, to be in line with its principles, the Domaine has embarked on a conversion to Organic Agriculture.
